Opelousas General Health System Foundation
Founded in 2005, Opelousas General Health System Foundation is a health nonprofit focused on single organization support. Opelousas General Health System Foundation is headquartered in Opelousas, LA and its chair is Elysha Beard as of December, 2018.
Contributions have been made to miles perret cancer services, autism society of acadiana, st. Jude children's hospital, united way, boys and girls club, eunice community center, hope for opelousas, and opelousas area cerebral palsy clinic in order to improve the health and wellness of the surrounding communities that are served. These contributions have assisted a countless number of individuals.
Contributions have been made to fund scholarships for students pursuing a career in the medical field. The foundation was able to provide scholarships to twenty seven students.
